NO GAMBLING.No Playing games for cards or money.
NO UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT.Good conduct and sportsmanship is expected in all activities. This includes respect for other players, fair play, not being too loud. Exhibit a good attitude when you lose, as well as when you win a game.
NO SWEARING, CURSING OR OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE.PLEASE TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR PERSONAL APPEARANCE & GROOMING.No one wants to not be able to enjoy the environment due to someone else’s odor or appearance.
NO HORSEPLAY, RUNNING, SKATING (Heeleys), FIGHTING OR PHYSICAL COMPETITION.Keep YOUR hands off other people.
NO DAMAGING OR IMPROPER USE OF VENUE PROPERTY OR FURNITURE.Sit only in chairs (NO LEANING).
CHEATING WILL RESULT IN HARSH PUNISHMENT OR BANISHMENT. TRADING is ALLOWED, SELLING YOUR CARDS TO OTHER PLAYERS IN HERE IS NOT ! Persons stealing from other players or the venue will be banned from future events and the authorities will be called immediately. Please keep a close watch on all of your belongings at all times. Cosmic Oasis will NOT be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
YOU MUST BE READY FOR YOUR TOURNAMENTPlease be prepared and attentive to announcements. Be in the gaming area when the pairings are called, if you are not you will receive a GAME loss.
YOU MUST KEEP SCORE ON PEN & PAPER.IF YOUR CARDS ARE DAMAGED OR MARKED IN ANY WAY YOU MUST USE SLEEVES. THE WINNER OF A MATCH IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORTING THE MATCH.DO NOT INTERFERE OR HANG OUT AROUND OTHER PLAYERS MATCHES.This includes giving rulings or “helping” a player play.
